I notice that casual rides and Cyclists have a different way to use rider trip, casual riders have a long trip, and Cyclists has short trip. Also casual trip has a specific time of year they enjoy more doing trip

I just notice the average of the number of passes casual Cyclists and membership is very similar, casual riders enjoy the same frequency doing trips like Cyclists

How can Cyclists use digital media to influence casual riders to become members?


The best way to influence casual riders to become members is between May and October, casual riders usually do more trips and spend more time, this moment to start to spend resources with promotions and announcements.
